Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you enrol in the Applied AI with Claude cohort run by Forgemind Techhub LLP, Coimbatore, India. By paying the course fee you agree to them.

1. What the course includes

Six weeks of live classes delivered online, taught in Tamil.
Recordings of the live classes, available for TODO — how long do students keep access?
Access to the private community and course material.
16+ hands-on projects.

2. Fees

The course fee is ₹6,999, including 18% GST, as a one-time payment. The fee does not include a Claude Pro subscription (about $20/month), which we recommend you hold during the course.

3. Refunds and cancellation

TODO — this is the most important clause on the page. Decide and state plainly:

Is there a refund window, and how long is it (for example, before the second class)?
Is any part of the fee non-refundable?
How does a student request a refund, and how long does it take?
What happens if a student stops attending part-way through?
What happens if we cancel or postpone a batch?

Whatever you decide, say it in plain language. A vague refund clause causes more disputes than a strict but clear one.

4. Rescheduling and moving batches

5. Your conduct

Course material, recordings and community content are for your personal use only. You may not record, copy, resell or redistribute them.
You are responsible for your own internet connection and device.
We may remove a participant who is abusive or disruptive to others. TODO — state whether any refund applies in that case.

6. What we do and do not promise

We teach you to use Claude for real work and support you through the projects. We do not promise a job, a placement, a particular income, or any specific business result — those depend on your own effort and circumstances.

AI tools change quickly. We may update the course content during the cohort to keep it current.

7. Third-party tools

The course uses tools made by other companies, including Claude (Anthropic). Their own terms and pricing apply, they are not under our control, and their availability or pricing may change.

8. Your information

We handle your details as described in our privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the courts of TODO — confirm the jurisdiction, usually Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
