Privacy policy

This policy covers the seat-check page for the Applied AI with Claude cohort, run by Forgemind Techhub LLP, Coimbatore, India (“we”, “us”). It explains what we collect on that page, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you fill in the seat-check form, we collect:
| You give us | Your full name, WhatsApp number, city, profession, and your email address if you choose to enter it (it is optional). |

| Where you came from | If you arrived from an advertisement, the campaign information in the link (such as utm_source, utm_campaign and the advertising click identifier), the page address you landed on, and the site that referred you. |
| Automatically | Standard analytics about your visit — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type — if analytics is enabled on the page. |
We do not collect payment card details on this page, and we do not ask for any government identity number.
Why we collect it
- To contact you on WhatsApp about the cohort, and to answer your questions.
- To check the batch is a reasonable fit for your experience level before we speak.
- To understand which advertisements bring people who genuinely want the course, so we do not waste money showing ads to the wrong people.
- To improve the page and the course itself.
Your information stays on your device until you send it
The page saves a draft of your answers in your own browser so you do not lose them if you navigate away. That draft never leaves your device unless you continue through the form. You can clear it by clearing your browser’s site data.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that make this page work:
- WhatsApp (Meta) — when you press “Secure your seat”, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message that you then choose to send to us. Meta’s own privacy terms apply to that message.
- Meta advertising and Google Analytics — if enabled, these measure which ads and pages lead to enquiries. They set their own cookies.
- Our internal tools — the spreadsheet and workflow tools our team uses to follow up with you.
- Where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you about a course, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. TODO — state the retention period you actually apply, for example “24 months after your last contact with us”.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your details, and to stop contacting you.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.
To do any of these, message us on the WhatsApp number on the seat-check page, or email TODO — your contact email. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This course and this page are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. TODO — confirm the minimum age you accept onto the cohort.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
